Still having issues with abnormal terminations on Droid Incredible. Let me know what you need for debugging purposes and I'll try to get it for you. I like what I see, but I haven't been able to get to any of the endings other than the "friend" ending so far. The rest of the time, the game dumps me back on my home screen.
the game was just run through a script to turn it into something useable on a touchscreen. it's free just as the original. it's not credited to anyone because the original wasn't either. so if that fits your definition of piracy: it certainly wasn't indented as such. if someone credibly asks as the creator for the unauthorized ports (and labeld as such) to be taken down or handed over: no problem there.
It's not my definition of piracy, that's from the Berne Convention (Article 8 to be precise: http://www.wipo.int/treaties/en/ip/berne/trtdocs_wo001.html#P138_25087)
And the original had the credits in the readme file.
But it's good that you're willing to do the honourable thing and communicate with the authors.

AntwortenLöschenIt looks like Tlaero and phreaky won't be producing another game because of this pirated version. So thanks for that.
